To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened box or packaging, with no signs of tampering. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original, unopened condition, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
